Drink Pure Water

More than 65% of most of the cells in the human body are made of water, and in some tissues, for example the brain, the cells can be made up of as much as 80% water. Water is absolutely essential for good health, yet most people don’t consume enough water each day. Plus, many of the fluids we do drink, coffee, tea, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and artificially flavored drinks each contain substances that require extra water for your body to eliminate.

acidic water (which includes tap and bottled water) makes your body a more susceptible “breeding ground” for bacteria, viruses and diseases including cancer. It is an ideal environment for harmful substances and cancer cells to proliferate whereas drinking high pH, alkaline water provides an inhospitable environment for these substances keeping them from taking hold and helping dispose of them from your body.

The main cancer prevention capacity of alkaline water is found in the property that its molecules stay in smaller clusters than the molecules of ordinary water. Since they’re smaller, these molecules can actually reach finer spaces in the body which normal water molecules cannot reach. Further, alkaline water is a good antioxidant which is believed by many to help prevent cancer.

The antioxidant property of this water affects the harmful free radicals in your body, making oxygen available to cancer cells. It’s known that cancer cells thrive in anaerobic conditions, i.e environments devoid of oxygen. Therefore, when oxygen is made available to these small spaces within the body by alkaline water, the conditions change to aerobic; least conducive to survival of cancer cells. As such the cancer cells should be slowly eliminated and their growth stunted.
